I have been making bread since 1981. Having tried many variations on the basic recipes. I tend to stick with a few of favourite bread types which suit both myself and my wife.

My fallbacks are a wholemeal and strong white mix loaf, a white loaf, focaccia, simple rolls and an Italian pizza base.
